環速集團方案有限公司（前稱PIXEL BYTE TECHNOLOGY (HONG KONG) LIMITED，下稱 「我們」），是香港註冊商標「PIXEL BYTE」 和 「PIXELBYTE」的合法持有人。我們自2020年起成為環速集團成員，並更名為環速集團方案有限公司。 

 

我們了解到我們的前僱員劉家樑先生（LAU KA LEUNG ALAN）與香港註冊名為PIXELBYTE TECHNOLOGY LIMITED及WEBA TECHNOLOGY (HK) LIMITED 的公司有所關連。我們在此明確聲明，上述公司及劉家樑先生並未獲得使用我們註冊的 'PIXEL BYTE' 或 'PIXELBYTE' 商標的任何授權。特此聲明，上述公司及劉家樑先生與環速集團方案有限公司沒有任何關係，無論是聯繫、附屬、夥伴關係，或任何形式的業務關係。 

 

本公司此保留就任何未經授權使用已註冊商標而採取法律行動的權利。

Important Notice: Registered trademarks

'PIXEL BYTE' and 'PIXELBYTE'.

Speedy Group Solutions Limited (formerly known as Pixel Byte Technology (Hong Kong) Limited), are the legitimate proprietors of the 'PIXEL BYTE' and 'PIXELBYTE' trademarks, duly registered in Hong Kong. We transitioned to the Speedy Group in 2020, resulting in our name changed to Speedy Group Solutions Limited. 

 

We have come to understand that our ex-employee, Mr. Lau Ka Leung Alan, is connected to a newly registered company in Hong Kong called PIXELBYTE TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and WEBA TECHNOLOGY (HK) LIMITED. We hereby assert unequivocally that said company and Mr. Lau Ka Leung Alan has not received any authorisation to utilise our registered trademarks 'PIXEL BYTE' or 'PIXELBYTE'. Furthermore, the mentioned company and Mr. Lau Ka Leung Alan has no associations, affiliations, partnerships, or any form of business relationship with Speedy Group Solutions Limited. 

 

 

All rights to take legal actions in respect of any unauthorised use of the registered trade marks are hereby reserved.
